Michelin 星/主役にする chef takes chicken off the menu

A chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant has taken everything relating to birds off the menu as the 脅す over avian flu 強めるd.

Alexis Gauthier, of Roussillon, 近づく London's Sloane Square, said: "It is a 警戒. We have to feel comfortable that everything we put on is 解放する/自由な of danger to our 顧客s."

"We do not know what the 危険 is, but I feel if there is any 危険, we should not take it."

The restaurant, which has one Michelin 星/主役にする, had noticed a 減少(する) in 需要・要求する anyway for dishes 関係のある to birds.

"We have been serving a lot more vegetable-based dishes," he said.
