A New York 億万長者 is 告訴するing a British watch 専門家 who he （人命などを）奪う，主張するs sold him $700,000 価値（がある） of Rolexes which were either 偽の or overvalued, によれば a 訴訟.

J. Darius Bikoff, who sold his company, Energy Brands, to Coca-Cola in 2007, making $325million, began collecting timepieces after a friend introduced him to British 専門家 James Dowling.

Mr Dowling, author of Best of Time: Rolex Wristwatches, went to the International Watch Show in New York in 2011 and over the next two years sold Mr Bikoff several watches, 含むing a Rolex 6538 Submariner for $94,000 and a Rolex Tektite GEV for $395,000.

Mr Bikoff has questioned the bona fides of the Rolex Submariner watch (left) which he bought from James Dowling (権利) but Mr Dowling says: 'I stand 100 per cent behind the watches in question'?

He told him: 'In my professional opinion, after 重要な 研究, the watch was 購入（する）d with a 回復するd dial, a modern reproduction dial and 手渡すs that had been artificially 老年の fitted (sic) and then incorrectly advertised/sold as a genuinely very rare Rolex 製品.'

Mr Dowling told MailOnline today: 'I stand 100 per cent behind the watches in question and the 事柄 is now in the 手渡すs of my solicitors, Goodman Derrick. I will be making no その上の comment.'
