復讐 porn will be a 罪，犯罪 in Western Australia after a website was 明らかにする／漏らすd to feature nude photos of school girls without their 同意.

The WA 明言する／公表する 政府 is introducing changes to family 暴力／激しさ 法律s to make 地位，任命するing 復讐 porn and cyber-stalking 罰せられるべき by up to two years in 刑務所，拘置所.

Under the new WA 法律s, anyone who cyber-stalks or 地位，任命するs 復讐 porn online to ゆすり，恐喝 or humiliate their 現在の or former partner can 直面する a two-year 刑務所，拘置所 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.

The 抑制するing Orders and 関係のある 法律制定 改正 (Family 暴力／激しさ) 法案 2016 will be introduced into WA 議会 this week.

WA 弁護士／代理人／検事-General Michael Mischin said the 法案 will better 保護する 犠牲者s of family 暴力／激しさ and 持つ／拘留する 悪党／犯人s accountable for their 活動／戦闘s.

'On its own, the 司法（官） system cannot 除去する family 暴力／激しさ. However, we can encourage and support 犠牲者s of 暴力／激しさ in the home while 捜し出すing to 阻止する, and punish, those in the community who choose to 感情を害する／違反する, and that is what this 法律 does,' he said.

The 法律制定 introduces Family 暴力／激しさ 抑制するing Orders, which 許す the 法廷，裁判所 to order an 違反者／犯罪者 to …に出席する a behaviour change or 介入 program, and to 抑制する them from 分配するing or publishing intimate images of a person 同様に as cyber-stalking.

違反ing the conditi ons of a family 暴力／激しさ 抑制するing order is 罰せられるべき by two years in 刑務所，拘置所.

Mr Mischin also said the 法案 強化するs WA 犯罪の 法律s in relation to unlawful 行為／法令／行動するs which 原因（となる）d 害（を与える） to a woman's unborn child or the loss of her pregnancy.

'If a person 故意に 原因（となる）s grievous bodily 害（を与える） to a 妊娠している woman which results in the loss of her pregnancy, that person will 直面する up to 20 years' 監禁，拘置,' he said.

'A person who 原因（となる）s grievous bodily 害（を与える） to a woman's unborn child in other circumstances could be 刑務所，拘置所d for up to 14 years.'

In Victoria, the offence is 罰せられるべき with up to two-years in 刑務所，拘置所.

South Australian Jenni Russell's image was uploaded to the internet group with the caption: 'She's from Adelaide, any 勝利，勝つs?'

Ms Russell, 21, told 7News she was horrified when she discovered there was a thread 献身的な to finding nude pictures of her.

'It's horrible, 絶対 horrible and these girls don't even know about it,' she said.?
