Footballer Ched Evans told his retrial today how a 十代の少年少女 waitress ‘took the lead’ for sex on the night he 恐らく 強姦d her at a hotel.

Evans and the woman did not reply to him, he told the 法廷，裁判所. ‘It was just me and her in the room. When Clay left the room I stopped having sex,’ Evans 追加するd.

Ms 旅宿泊所 asked: ‘Did she appear to be too drunk to 同意?’ Evans said: ‘No.’

Ms 旅宿泊所 asked: ‘If she had been too drunk to 同意 would you have had sex with her?’ Evans replied: ‘No.’

In her final question to Evans in his 証拠-in-長，指導者, Ms 旅宿泊所 asked: ‘Did you 強姦 her, Mr Evans?’ He replied: ‘No.’?
