人種差別主義者 殺害者's family say he could kill again

The family of a man serving life for the 人種差別主義者 殺人 of his cellmate have 警告するd he could kill again.

They (人命などを)奪う,主張する he got no psychiatric help for the mental problems which they believe lay behind the 殺人,大当り and 警告するd that, without the proper 治療, he could kill again if he is put alone in a 独房 with another inmate.

An 公式の/役人 報告(する)/憶測 will be published today into the death of 19-year-old Zahid Mubarek, who was bludgeoned to death by Robert Stewart at Feltham Young 違反者/犯罪者s' 会・原則 in south London in March 2000.

Stewart's family said yesterday that there were 警告 調印するs which should have 妨げるd the avowed 人種差別主義者 from 存在 placed in the same 独房 as the Asian 十代の少年少女, who was 予定 for 解放(する) the に引き続いて morning.

In an interview with Channel 4 News, Ian Stewart was asked if he believed his brother - 19 at the time of the 殺人 - was now getting appropriate psychiatric 治療.

He 追加するd: "At the moment he is not 存在 left in the same 独房 with people but what will happen when he is? Is it going to take someone else to lose their life before they think there is something wrong with this lad?"

He said that although his brother saw a psychiatrist at 13, he never received 治療 for a 嫌疑者,容疑者/疑うd personality disorder.

He said he had the 'deepest sympathy' for Mr Mubarek's family.

Stewart's mother Beverley, from Greater Manchester, said the 当局 should shoulder a 株 of the 非難する for the 殺人,大当り.

"They really should be on some sort of 裁判,公判, whoever put them together."
