Casinos, betting shops and other forms of 賭事ing can be advertised on TV under 提案するd new 支配するs published today.
The 指導基準s 始める，決める out content 制限s for 賭事ing adverts in both the broadcast and print マスコミ.
They follow the 賭事ing 行為／法令／行動する 2005 which gives 賭事ing 操作者s greater 範囲 to publicise their services.
A public 協議 on new 支配するs to 確実にする 賭事ing adverts are "socially responsible" was 開始する，打ち上げるd today.
The 支配するs will 施行される from September 2007 when the 賭事ing 行為／法令／行動する comes fully into 軍隊.
操作者s can advertise across all types of マスコミ after that date - 供給するing they 従う with the new content 支配するs.
TV adverts for betting, gaming and 宝くじs are 現在／一般に banned except the 国家の 宝くじ and some other exceptions.
Print adverts for all forms of 賭事ing are also ひどく 制限するd at 現在の.
The Advertising 基準s 当局 will police the new 賭事ing adverts to 確実にする they 従う with content 指導基準s.
Any print adverts 設立する in 違反 will be referred to the 賭事ing （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 for その上の 活動／戦闘.
Broadcast 商業のs which don't 従う will be dealt with by the regulator Ofcom.
The 協議 was 開始する，打ち上げるd 共同で today by the 委員会 of Advertising Practice and the Broadcast 委員会 of Advertising Practice.
CAP and BCAP chairman Andrew Brown said: "The 無視／無効ing 優先 is to 確実にする that 賭事ing 宣伝s are socially responsible and 避ける 害（を与える）ing or 偉業／利用するing children or 攻撃を受けやすい groups."
Under the new 草案 支配するs, 賭事ing adverts will be banned from showing behaviour which is "socially irresponsible" or could lead to 財政上の, social or emotional 害（を与える）.
They must not be 的d at children or other 攻撃を受けやすい people.
Like alcohol adverts, they mustn't link 賭事ing to seduction, 性の success or "高めるd attractiveness".
The adverts may not 暗示する 賭事ing can solve money problems, create an 代案／選択肢 to 雇用 or create 財政上の 安全.
Spread betting may only be advertised on specialist 財政上の TV and 無線で通信する channels as an 投資 activity.
賭事ing （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 chairman Peter Dean said: "It will be 決定的な to 確実にする that 宣伝s are 一貫した with the 準備／条項s in the 法律制定, and in particular with the 客観的な of 保護するing children and other 攻撃を受けやすい people from 害（を与える）."
The public 協議 on the 提案するd 指導基準s for 賭事ing adverts の近くにs on September 15. The new 支配するs will be published next May and 施行される in September 2007 when the 賭事ing 行為／法令／行動する comes into 軍隊.
The 賭事ing （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 will make it a 条件 of 賭事ing 操作者s' licences that they 従う with the 条件 of the new advertising 支配するs.
