Three （疑いを）晴らすd of terror 陰謀（を企てる）

Three men have been （疑いを）晴らすd at the Old Bailey of an 申し立てられた／疑わしい 陰謀（を企てる） to 供給（する） テロリストs with 放射性の 構成要素 which could be used in 爆弾s.

The trio were 恐らく caught in a おとり捜査 伴う／関わるing News of the World investigative 新聞記者／雑誌記者 Mazer Mahmood - known as the "偽の sheikh."

Roque Fernandes, 44, of De Havilland Road, Edgware; Dominic ツバメs, 45, of Du Cros 運動, Stanmore, and Abdurahman Kanyare, 53, of Milling Road, Edgware, all north-west London, had 否定するd two 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of conspiring to 始める，決める up 基金ing or 所有物／資産／財産 for テロ行為, and one of having an article "a 高度に dangerous 水銀柱，温度計 based 実体" for テロ行為.

They were 解放する／自由なd after the 陪審／陪審員団 returned their 判決s after 審議する／熟考するing for nearly two weeks.

Before the three month "Red 水銀柱，温度計" 裁判，公判 started, defence lawyers 抗議するd that it would be an 乱用 to let it go ahead.

司法（官） had gone "out of the window" in a 企て，努力，提案 to sell newspapers, によれば Stephen Solley QC, defending ツバメs.

Mr Solley had 勧めるd the Recorder of London, 裁判官 Peter Beaumont to throw out the 事例／患者 - 概算の to have cost 上向きs of a million 続けざまに猛撃するs - before the 裁判，公判 started.

The defence team argued the trio had been 罠にかける by an スパイ／執行官 provocateur which meant 訴訟／進行s should never have been brought against them.

Mr Mahmood and informants was also censored during 合法的な arguments for their 調査 into the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 共謀.

Mr Solley （刑事）被告 Mr Mahmood of serially 誤って導くing the police, 栄冠を与える 起訴 Service, Customs and Excise and the 法廷，裁判所s. He said there was a "抱擁する danger of 受託するing Mr Mahmood's word in 尊敬（する）・点 of any 事柄."
