Jowell admission 追加するs to 圧力 on Prescott

John Prescott's （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that he had no 関与 in 政府 政策 on casinos were torpedoed today by the Culture 長官 Tessa Jowell.

But 行方不明になる Jowell today told the Culture Select 委員会 that she had 会談 with Mr Prescott in late 2004 when the 政府 was 製図／抽選 up 計画（する）s to build 地域の supercasinos.

She 認める she and Mr Prescott discussed the 役割 supercasinos would have in regeneration in run 負かす／撃墜する areas.

Mr Swire today wrote again to the 総理大臣 calling for an 調査 which Sir Alistair Graham has 需要・要求するd to '（疑いを）晴らす the 空気／公表する'.

労働 MPs have 以前 put 負かす／撃墜する 議会の questions to find out how much money Sir Alistair costs the taxpayer.

This is not the first time that those 試みる／企てるing to 確実にする probity in this 政府 should become the 犠牲者s of smear. The only 衝突 of 利益／興味 that should be 調査／捜査するd is the one between the 副 総理大臣 and an American 億万長者 hoping to build a casino in Britain.'

自由主義の 民主党員 culture 広報担当者 Don Foster said: 'This is ridiculous smear 試みる／企てる. What Sir Alistair has said is that he believes the only way to clean up the whole 過程 is for （人命などを）奪う，主張するs against 大臣s like John Prescott to be heard through a truly indpendent system.
