The 訴訟 was とじ込み／提出するd on Monday night by Allstar Marketing Group LLC, Ideavillage 製品s Corp and Ontel 製品s Corp, which それぞれ sell such 製品s as the Snuggie, 巡査 Fit compression sleeves and 魔法 跡をつけるs toy racetracks through いわゆる 'As Seen on TV' advertising.

Allstar, Ideavillage and Ontel said they have lost 利益（をあげる）s because アマゾン has let its 製品 陳列する，発揮する pages be 'ハイジャック（する）d' by counterfeiters, which 申し込む／申し出 impossibly low prices and 混乱させる 消費者s into thinking their 製品s are the real thing.
The 原告／提訴人s said counterfeiters from 中国, Japan, Thailand and other countries are taking a '解放する／自由な ride' on their 評判 and 好意／親善, while many 消費者s leave bad reviews about 偽の 製品s on the ハイジャック（する）d pages.
'アマゾン has taken no 活動／戦闘 to 妨げる the sale of such 偽造の 製品s にもかかわらず having the knowledge, 適切な時期 and means to do so,' the 原告／提訴人s said.
The 訴訟 also 告発する／非難するs アマゾン of copyright 違反, and 侵害する／違反するing New York 明言する／公表する 誤った advertising and 不公平な 競争 法律s.
It 捜し出すs to recoup 明示していない sums in the millions of dollars, 含むing lost 利益（をあげる）s and 刑罰の 損害賠償金. The 原告／提訴人's lawyer did not すぐに 答える／応じる to requests for 付加 comment.
Allstar is based in Hawthorne, New York; Ideavillage in Wayne, New Jersey and Ontel in Fairfield, New Jersey.
アマゾン's anti-偽造のing 政策 says that '顧客s 信用 that they can always buy with 信用／信任 on アマゾン.com,' and that counterfeiters can have their selling 特権s 取り消すd and 在庫 destroyed without reimbursement.
