Katy Landrum said it was the 'the best money I've ever spent', even though it cost hundreds of dollars for the professional sleep trainer.

Landrum, who lives in Los Angeles, California, said that she turned to a sleep trainer because of her experience with her first child.

She wrote that she did not sleep train her daughter, who is now two and a half, until she was five months old because she 'hated listening to her wail in her crib'.

Landrum wrote on the blog: 'When our son was born, my husband reminded me that 早期に sleep training would 利益 everyone in our family.

The spa 専攻するs in Kuyam 治療s, a mud 治療 from the 古代の Chumash people.

On the Ojai Valley website the spa is 述べるd as a 'Freedom Zone' which is 解放する/自由な from '独房 phones, electronics, pets and children'.

Landrum wrote that she was 'on such a high' when she checked into the 訴える手段/行楽地 as it was the 'first time in months my husband and I had been in the car without 叫び声をあげるing babies in the backseat'.

Their room was not ready when they checked in, so she changed into her swimsuit - Landrum says it was from designer Marysia where bikinis cost $150 - and got straight into the pool.

She wrote: 'I ordered a salad and a margarita on the 激しく揺するs with salt and entered 十分な 緩和 方式.

'While flipping through magazines and taking 下落するs to 冷静な/正味の off, I tried to stifle images of Bo, my three-month-old son, crying 支援する at home…

'...扱う/治療するing ourselves to a restful 退却/保養地 meant we could try to enjoy ourselves instead of dwelling on what was taking place at home.

'After a couple of cocktails, an afternoon of sun, and a few intimate minutes with my breast pump (I 捨てるd the contents), I settled into a Swedish massage at the spa.

Landrum 認める that she did have her moments of 疑問 and texted Deb to say she should 延期する the sleep training that night.

But Deb did it anyway and the next morning sent a 詳細(に述べる)d text of how it went.

Bo had woken up three times and cried for 40 minutes the first time, 25 minutes the next time and 10 minutes the time after that.

Landrum wrote: 'I was so relieved Deb was the one who had been there and not me.'

Landrum wrote that this time her son only cried once in the night, for 30 seconds at 4.30am.
