Moderniser Hutton questions 利益s for 選び出す/独身 parents

Families rather than the 明言する/公表する should be the bedrock of the 福利事業 system, Work and 年金s 長官 John Hutton was 始める,決める to 宣言する today.

In a 議論の的になる speech, Mr Hutton を強調するd his modernising 信任状 by 強調する/ストレスing the 役割 of individual families in getting people out of poverty and into work.

Mr Hutton was 始める,決める to use his speech to the 労働 会議/協議会 to "ask the question" why the 利益s system makes it very difficult for two-parent families to qualify for 明言する/公表する 援助(する). On almost every social 指示する人(物), children growing up without two parents are worse off and much of the problem 茎・取り除くs from the fact that their mothers are not working. Mr Hutton will say that the reality is that "it is families who 配達する most 福利事業 in Britain today, not the 福利事業 明言する/公表する".

He will 強調する/ストレス that most people want to 供給する for themselves and not rely on handouts.
