'Flat pack house' 長,率いるing for UK

The home of the flat cap is 始める,決める to become the home of the "flat pack" house.

Tyneside is 始める,決める to become the first area of the UK to 長,率いる a 住宅 革命 using a 過激な Swedish-designed 概念 in affordable homes.

Most of the construction is done off-場所/位置 and the でっちあげる,人を罪に陥れるs 輸送(する)d to building 陰謀(を企てる)s.

The houses are designed around factory 過程s that enable them to be far more efficiently 建設するd in 質-controlled 条件s than would be possible through 伝統的な construction methods.

They are 建設するd using a 高度に 絶縁するd の近くにd パネル盤 system with a 範囲 of cladding systems.

Under the 提案s, around 90 Scandinavian-style 木材/素質-でっちあげる,人を罪に陥れるd houses and flats are to be built の近くに to the centre of Gateshead, to a design 開拓するd by Swedish construction 会社/堅い Skanska in 共同 with flat-pack furniture company Ikea.

Called BoKlok, the 概念 供給するs space-saving, 機能の homes 申し込む/申し出ing good 質 at a price which puts them within reach of 世帯s 収入 between £12,500 and £30,000 a year.

Gateshead 会議 bosses have labelled the 計画/陰謀 as the "宗教上の grail of affordable homes".

Ikea and Skanska started BoKlok in the 中央の-1990s to 対処する with a 需要・要求する for affordable 所有物/資産/財産s in Sweden and to 供給する people with high 質 所有物/資産/財産s at a low price.

Gateshead 会議 has given the 計画/陰謀 the green light after 議員s agreed to sell an area of land, 支配する to planning, の近くに to Gateshead International Stadium to the UK's BoKlok partner Live Smart @ Home, a 所有物/資産/財産 company which is part of the Home Group, one of the UK's largest providers of affordable 住宅.

The BoKlok flats have a 柔軟な open-計画(する) layout, with high 天井s and large windows which give the apartments a light, airy and 同時代の feel.

議員 David Napier, Gateshead's 閣僚 member for 住宅, says: "This is an exciting 開発 and an important 出資/貢献 to the 審議 on affordable 住宅.

"供給するing affordable homes is the 宗教上の Grail for 地元の 会議s and 住宅 providers - but it is still one of the most difficult to 達成する.
