A woman has been filmed watching a 戦争の arts movie on her 動きやすい phone as she 運動s along a busy motorway.?

ソフトウェア engineer Adric 沼 spotted the driver enjoying the film on the M4 近づく Newport, south むちの跡s, on Wednesday afternoon.

Mr 沼, 35, from Newport, said: 'It was 脅すing. There was no-one else in the car. There can only be one 推論する/理由 for that film 存在 on, and that's because the driver 手配中の,お尋ね者 to watch it.

'It's got to be 運動ing without 予定 care and attention. If you're watching a movie, there's no way you're watching the road.

'It's a 特に tricky part of the motorway as it is. You've got two 小道/航路s going into the tunnel up ahead, one going left, and lots of cars switching 小道/航路s.

'It's a 奇蹟 she didn't 原因(となる) a pile-up. This isn't the same as ちらりと見ることing at your sat-nav. Watching a film takes 集中. It shouldn't be happening behind a wheel.

'I thought it was a dashcam at first, then I thought it must be for other people to watch. But she was 100 per cent on her own. It couldn't have been on for anyone's 目的 other than hers.'

Mr 沼 was making his way home from Bristol when he spotted the dopey driver n ear junction 25 of the westbound M4 at around 4.30pm last Wednesday.

He said that although traffic was 列ing because the road was busy, the driver did reach 速度(を上げる)s of more than 50mph with the film still 明確に 存在 played.

Mr 沼 said: 'It was pretty 無謀な. We were in the middle 小道/航路 because we were about to go into the tunnel and we lost her soon after that.

'It's an 事故 waiting to happen. It's just ありふれた sense not to watch a film when you're 運動ing. I can't understand how someone thinks that's 許容できる.

'It's only a 事柄 of time before she, or someone doing something 類似して stupid, 原因(となる)s a serious 衝突,墜落.'?
