While the number of people Ϸǯ¤Î over 65 has risen by more than 15 per cent, the ÎÌ spent on caring for those who need it has fallen as part of an Á´ÂΤˤ錄¤ë 10 per cent ºï¸º¡Ê¤¹¤ë¡Ë to spending.
