An estranged husband who was stalking his wife was caught out after a phone he'd left in her car to 跡をつける her movements rang after he'd forgotten to put it on silent.

Mother-of-four Rachel Harvey was 追跡するd and 悩ますd by Kevin Gallagher for seven months after she ended their six-year marriage over his controlling behaviour.

Gallagher, 39, who runs a 所有物／資産／財産 管理／経営 会社／堅い, 砲撃するd Ms Harvey with text messages, lurid images of his 私的な parts and photographs of her sleeping.

'There are many times I've cried uncontrollably and been at an all time low but having them around me, 同様に as family and friends, is the only way I am able to make it through the day.

The couple, who met in 2007 had married in three years later, had a volatile marriage.

'I'm always looking over my shoulder, I'm anxious in work thinking is he coming in here again.

The iPhone was discovered on December 28 last year when Ms Harvey's eldest child Morgan, 18, took the family car to a 地元の garage.

'They heard a phone （犯罪の）一味ing but they could not find where the noise was coming from,' said 検察官，検事 Eileen Rogers. 'The ringtone did not match any of the occupants in the car.
