Two women have been 罰金d hundreds of 続けざまに猛撃するs after leaving 捕らえる、獲得するs of rubbish to fester and rot outside their 支援する doors.

Rachel Moden left more than 60 捕らえる、獲得するs of waste in her own 支援する garden, until they attracted 飛行機で行くs and emitted a strong smell from her rented 所有物／資産／財産 in 結社, Bolton.?

The 25-year-old was first asked in June last year to 除去する the rubbish, but when 視察官s returned a month later it was still there.?

Moden was served with 公式の／役人 notices requesting it be 性質の／したい気がして of, but she failed to （疑いを）晴らす it up. By August, it had still not been moved and the 会議 stepped in to 除去する it.
