A jealous boyfriend who accidentally 記録，記録的な／記録するd his lover's 叫び声をあげるs as he tried to decapitate her in a 'sadistic and frenzied' 殺人，大当り has been 設立する 有罪の of 殺人.

Alin Apopei, 27, 繰り返して 脅すd to kill 25-year-old sex 労働者 Denisa Silmen and 誇るd he would get away with it by pretending to be mad.

Then, in July 2015, he followed through with his 脅しs and stabbed 行方不明になる Silmen to death in a horrific 殺人，大当り which was 記録，記録的な／記録するd on her 動きやすい phone. Her last words were: 'You finished me off'.

During the 裁判，公判, 賠審員s heard how the couple had a 'volatile' 関係 and Apopei had been violent に向かって 行方不明になる Silmen before.

On one occasion, he told her: 'If you will leave me I shall kill you. If I will go to 刑務所，拘置所 I will pretend I am mad, they will put me in hospital and I will get 解放する／自由な from there because I have lots of money.'

In February 2015, 行方不明になる Silmen visited a friend in Italy and the 被告 turned up on Valentine's Day to surprise her.

During a night out at a Milan nightclub, the 犠牲者 said she could not take any more and Apopei slapped her, 賠審員s heard.

行方不明になる Silmen then fled to her mother in Romania but later got 支援する together with her violent boyfriend.

But his 脅すing behaviour continued. The 法廷，裁判所 heard how, a month before the 殺人, Apopei laughed and 脅すd her and a friend, 説: 'One day I kill you both.'
