A 失業 plasterer who killed a 銀行業者 with a 選び出す/独身 punch once knocked a woman unconscious after telling her ‘I’m going to bang you out,’ a 法廷,裁判所 has heard.

Trevor Timon 認める 殴打/砲列 over the attack on 26 May, 2010 after his 犠牲者 said Timon told her he was going to knock her out before she woke up on the ground.?

The 31-year-old is (刑事)被告 of 殺人ing Oliver Dearlove, 30, by hitting him as hard as he could outside a ワイン 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 in Blackheath, south east London.

Mr Dearlove, who worked for a boutique bank in the Victoria area of London, was pronounced dead いっそう少なく than 24 hours after he was attacked on 28 August.

Timon has other 有罪の判決s for trying to punch a barman who turned him away after の近くにing time, shouting at a bus driver while brandishing a ゴルフ club.

Timon pleaded 有罪の to disorderly behaviour over a second 出来事/事件 on 1 January 2010.

‘On 26 May 2010, when the 被告 was 老年の 25, he approached a 女性(の) and was 口頭で abusive.’

The 法廷,裁判所 heard she had been specking to a friend of his called ‘Jay’ and the woman told Timon he was also her friend.

‘The 被告 said, “no he’s not, I’m going to bang you out”. He kept 説 he was going to knock her out, then punched her to the 権利 味方する of her 直面する.

‘She says she was knocked unconscious and she woke up on the ground.’

The 法廷,裁判所 heard Timon pleaded 有罪の to 殴打/砲列 over the attack on 21 June 2010.
