Rapist attacked schoolgirl six weeks after his 保護監察 ended

Alan Weston, 49, bundled his young 犠牲者 into a 先頭 and held her 捕虜 for 15 hours before 解放（する）ing her 70 miles away.

Yesterday, as he was 刑務所，拘置所d for life, it 現れるd Weston had been under the 監督 of the 保護監察 service as recently as last year after a previous 強姦 有罪の判決.

But his 接触する with 公式の／役人s ended six weeks before he kidnapped the schoolgirl last October.

He drove his white 先頭 to Wrexham while playing the fantasy in his mind, and spotted the girl as she was walking home through a wooded area from a work experience placement.

After 強姦ing the girl, Weston 宣言するd: "I love 15-year-old girls." He then drove for another hour before 試みる／企てるing to 強姦 the girl again.

He 結局 stopped the 先頭 at a disused

farmhouse 近づく Bangor at around 7am. He untied her and she fled across fields and managed to raise the alarm. Weston was 逮捕（する）d two days later in Lancas 雇う.

Weston, who also used the 指名する 認める, pleaded 有罪の to 誘拐する and 強姦 and was 宣告，判決d to life 監禁，拘置 for each count, with a 最小限 関税 of seven years.

裁判官 Stephen Clarke said: "Your behaviour manifests やめる 明確に a perverted, what might be called psychopathic, 傾向.

"If you are 捕まらないで you are likely to remain a danger to women for an 不明確な／無期限の period of time."

He 賞賛するd the 犠牲者, 説: "She showed remarkable courage in what must have been a terrifying ordeal, and one can only hope that 徐々に the memory of this will fade, but I imagine it will remain with her for a long, long time.

"She was 簡単に unlucky enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"She was 簡単に walking 負かす／撃墜する the street when she was snatched off it and the nightmare began."

After the 事例／患者 her father said: "It was a

very traumatic experience for my daughter, who is still 苦しむing flashbacks, and the whole family are still receiving counselling.

"It has been a very bad time for us and we are glad it's all over.

"This man got what he deserved and we have now got to try to help my daughter get on with her life."

Weston's girlfriend, 35-year-old Tracy Bishop, of Hyde, Greater Manchester, was with him の直前に his 逮捕（する）.

He had just escaped from Stafford 刑務所，拘置所, where he was serving five years for 押し込み強盗.

Weston broke into the couple's cottage wearing a mask and 武装した with a pump-活動／戦闘 shotgun. He tied up the husband before 強姦ing his 26-year-old wife.
