The 控訴，上告 法廷，裁判所 said yesterday a 宣告，判決ing 審理，公聴会 would be heard next Friday.

This could lead to his 即座の 解放（する） because he has already served three and a half years.

Sgt Driscoll told Panorama: 'I'm glad Al did what he did, because all my guys went home. Maybe if he hadn't done that, I'd have been going to a few more funerals.'?
