The parents of a man who killed his meth-（麻薬）常用者d older brother have spoken of their heartbreak over his 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決 and the 麻薬-addled rampage which tore apart the siblings who were 'best friends'.
Shane Ryan Brown, 33, was 刑務所，拘置所d for three years for the 過失致死 of his brother Wayne, 38, in June last year.
Wayne was in the 中央 of a violent, ice-fuelled rampage when Shane panicked and fatally stabbed him in the heart at their parents home in 郊外の Melbourne.
