宝くじ couple continue £3m 戦う/戦い

The couple at the centre of the 宝くじ payout 列/漕ぐ/騒動 were today continuing their fight to overturn Camelot's 決定/判定勝ち(する) not to 支払う/賃金 out their (人命などを)奪う,主張する.

They were "furious" after discovering that Camelot had paid cash to a 企業連合(する) which had 侮辱する/軽蔑するd the (人命などを)奪う,主張するing 支配するs.

Martyn and Kay Tott, from Watford, Herts, who were last month 辞退するd 支払い(額) of a £3 million jackpot by the company, (刑事)被告 Camelot of "二塁打 基準s".

Mr Tott, 33, said: "It is fantastic to hear about it because it is another 事例/患者 that they (Camelot) have 否定するd all along. We will not go away. They 選ぶd the wrong people to try and do this to.

"They said ours was a unique 事例/患者 that had never happened before, but it is blatantly not because a week before we called them, Dianne Thompson (Camelot 長,指導者 (n)役員/(a)執行力のある) 現実に 調印するd a cheque for them."

He spoke out after Camelot 認める it had paid £130,000 in error to a 企業連合(する) that made a late (人命などを)奪う,主張する for its prize after 行方不明の the 30-day lost ticket 最終期限.

The Totts lost their ticket and 行方不明になるd the 30-day 最終期限, but 答える/応じるd to an 控訴,上告 by Camelot asking people to come 今後 and (人命などを)奪う,主張する their prizes before the 180-day 最終期限.

The unlucky couple thought they had 行為/法令/行動するd within the 最終期限, but 設立する that under the 支配するs of the game a 行方不明の ticket meant a (人命などを)奪う,主張する had to be made within 30 days.

調査s by Camelot and the 宝くじ (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 decided that the 支配するs could not be waived for them to receive their prize.

Mr Tott and Mrs Tott, 24, said they had seen a copy of the letter sent to the 企業連合(する), from Dudley, West Midlands, in which Camelot said it could 支払う/賃金 out at its discretion.

"Another letter said Camelot was 演習ing its discretion and 支払う/賃金ing them the money, but they told us they had no discretion. It's 明確に an 問題/発行する of 二塁打 基準s.

"We are furious. We cannot believe the barefaced cheek of them. Yes there are 支配するs, but they chose to ignore them wit h this 企業連合(する). There is also the moral 司法(官) and humanity 伴う/関わるd in this and they are 明確に not 利益/興味d in what they are doing to us," he 追加するd.

Now the couple are 協議するing lawyers and one 報告(する)/憶測 says they 計画(する) to take 合法的な 活動/戦闘 against Camelot.

Graham Friend, boss of the Dudley 企業連合(する), said: "We couldn't understand why Camelot paid out to us and was 辞退するing to 支払う/賃金 out to them."

That 事例/患者 would not 影響する/感情 the 事例/患者 of the Totts, Camelot said.

"We are aware of it and we have never consciously broken the 30-day 支配する. In this 事例/患者 the 支払い(額) was made in human error," a spokeswoman said.

"The prize draw took place at the end of August last year and the late 使用/適用 was made in December.

"This was a busy time for us as Camelot was 伴う/関わるd with the licence 再開.

"When we realised, we すぐに 知らせるd the 国家の 宝くじ (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 and they told us to 支払う/賃金 the £132,115 支援する into the prize money マリファナ."

The error (機の)カム to light when the (売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限 asked the company to 調査/捜査する 類似の 事例/患者s after the Totts' 窮地.

Camelot then discovered a その上の nine 事例/患者s, totalling just under £400 in prize money, which were late 使用/適用s outside the 30-day 最終期限 and so will not be paid.

The Totts' 勝利,勝つ of £3,011,065 is the largest unclaimed prize since May 1996 when £2 million from a ticket bought in Kingston upon 船体 was passed to good 原因(となる)s.
