The man （刑事）被告 of 殺人ing PC Jon Henry was 再拘留（者）d in 保護／拘留 yesterday.

Ikechukwu Tennyson Obih appeared in 法廷，裁判所告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with stabbing to death the 36-yearold father of one.

The Nigerian, who arrived in the UK in 2000 and was later 認めるd 不明確な／無期限の leave to remain, was 手錠d to a 刑務所，拘置所 guard and 側面に位置するd by three policemen.

The 27-year-old was also 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with the 殺人未遂s of window cleaners Steven Chamberlain and David Knight.

He 直面するs a fourth 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 - 関係のある to a separate 出来事/事件 on Monday - of 武装した押し込み強盗.

Obih, who was wearing a blue jumper and light trousers and had a large plaster over his left 注目する，もくろむ, was ordered to 除去する his 手渡す from his pocket by the clerk of Luton 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 as he stood in the ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れる.

Mr Henry, who was wearing 保護の団体／死体 armour, was 本気で負傷させるd at the scene while answering the 999 call. He died from his 負傷させるs すぐに afterwards.

"He died, unfortunately, but he died doing the 職業 he loved," said Mrs Henry, 32.

"My only feelings are grief and, of course, 行方不明の him and 関心 for our child."

Her husband, she 追加するd, had been "fun-loving, a true friend, a loyal and 充てるd husband and father, a caring person who always had time for others, a man with a fantastic sense of humour".

The pair had been married for いっそう少なく than two years.

Of the couple's daughter, Maggie, who is about to celebrate her first birthday, Mr Henry's sister, Georgina Henry-Brock, said: "He saw her first steps but will never hear her first words. Never see her first school play or sports day. Never see her 落ちる in love or grow and run and jump.

"She will never know her dad, the gentle 巨大（な）."
