The eco-home that could 削減（する） family 燃料法案s by ￡800 a year

Built from 支持を得ようと努めるd and kitted out with solar パネル盤s, 勝利，勝つd turbines and 明言する／公表する-of-the-art insulation, 見解／翻訳／版s of this eco-home will soon be springing up all around the country.

That could save a typical family of four more than ￡800 a year in 燃料 costs.

However, one 決定的な詳細（に述べる） - the price - is still 行方不明の. The 建設業者s say it is too soon to 見積（る） the cost of producing the design commercially.

The 原型 Sigma house, 明かすd yesterday,

is one of the first to be awarded a "近づく-無" 炭素放出／発行証明書 by the 政府.

It gets five out of six 星／主役にするs for energy-efficiency under the Code for 維持できる Homes. Even during construction, 比較して little 炭酸ガス is 解放（する）d into the atmosphere.

Although other designs have 達成するd a 無-炭素率ing, 免除されたing them from stamp

義務, the Sigma is 推定する／予想するd to become the first to be built in numbers over the next three years.

"This is the first commercially viable home to reach five 星／主役にするs - and by the time the first are built it should have become six 星／主役にするs," said Stuart Milne, 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある of the Sigma's Scottishbased creators the Stuart Milne Group.

"It's not やめる無-炭素, but it's a lowcarbon house.

Although the home is heated by a gas condensing boiler rather than a more 流行の／上流の biomass burner, it is designed to be as warm as possible in winter but 冷静な／正味の in the summer.

"In a normal home, the 空気／公表する is 取って代わるd around ten times every hour," said Mr Milne.

"So you are heating the 空気／公表する and letting it escape.

"Here, the 空気／公表する is 取って代わるd just once an hour."

Last week Gordon Brown, the 首相-in-waiting, 発表するd 計画（する）s for 20,000 炭素-中立の homes.
