Innocent British father is 解放（する）d from Thai 刑務所，拘置所 after six years

The parents and son of a British man 刑務所，拘置所d in Thailand on a 麻薬s 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 are overjoyed to learn that his 有罪の判決 has been overturned after six years in Thailand's 悪名高い 刑務所，拘置所 system.

Jody Aggett, who has been in 刑務所，拘置所 since his 逮捕（する） in 2001, was acquitted by the country's 最高の 法廷，裁判所, the British 大使館 in Bangkok said. He could be home as 早期に as next week.

Fair 裁判，公判s Abroad (FTA), which has （選挙などの）運動をするd for Mr Aggett's 解放（する）, said his family learned the news yesterday.

Catherine Wolthuizen, 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある of FTA, said: "The family was 知らせるd by the 領事館 that he has been acquitted and all the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against him dropped.

"We are waiting for 公式の／役人 確定／確認."

Mr Aggett, whose four-year-old son lives with his parents, Lorna and Tony, in Swindon, Wiltshire, was 刑務所，拘置所d for life - 減刑する／通勤するd from the 死刑 - in 2003.

He had been staying above a travel スパイ／執行官's in Bangkok with his Thai girlfriend, Ramphia Lo - known in the family as Kristin - when they were both 逮捕（する）d.

Mr Aggett's parents said the couple were 許すd to stay rent-解放する／自由な in the building if they opened and の近くにd the travel スパイ／執行官's each day.

"We have 供給するd 領事の 援助 the whole time and we are very pleased that he has been 解放（する）d.

"His partner has also been 解放（する）d."
