Former アイルランド共和国軍 指揮官 helps 大打撃を与える out Iraqi 'road 地図／計画する' to peace

抱擁する strides に向かって peace in Iraq were made during discussions between Middle Eastern 力／強力にする-仲買人s over the 週末, Northern Ireland's 副 First 大臣 said today.

ツバメ McGuinness said four days of Finnish 会談 伴う／関わるing 政治家，政治屋s from Northern Ireland and South Africa were a major stepping 石／投石する に向かって a 決意／決議 of 衝突 in the troubled 地域.

He was part of a team which yesterday 調印するd off the Helsinki 協定 between members of Iraq's Sunni and Shi'ite communities which 輪郭（を描く）s a かかわり合い to 非，不，無-暴力／激しさ and 僕主主義.

Organisers said the 代表者／国会議員s from Sunni and Shiite groups in Iraq agreed on a road 地図／計画する to peace during the secret 会談 in Finland.

The four-day 会合 brought together 16 委任する／代表s from the 反目，不和ing groups to 熟考する／考慮する lessons learned from successful 調停（の） 成果／努力s in South Africa and Northern Ireland.

The 推薦s also 含むd the 軍備縮小 of 反目，不和ing 派閥s and forming an 独立した・無所属 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 to 監督する the 武装解除するing of 武装した groups "in a ve rifiable manner".

Jeffrey Donaldson, a Protestant 国会議員 from Northern Ireland who took part in the 会談, called the 協定 a "road 地図／計画する" to Iraqi peace that 含むd 重要な 原則s of the British 領土's own peace 過程.

"協定 has been reached on the way 今後 between the parties, and they are now going 支援する to Iraq with these 提案s," Donaldson said.

Political 客観的なs agreed to 含むd moving away from sectarian and 民族の 論争s, ending the 排水（気）量 of Iraqi 難民s, and 終結させるing the presence of foreign 軍隊／機動隊s ac cording to a "現実主義の 時刻表／予定表".

The 関係者s also agreed to を取り引きする 民兵s by arming and training 安全 軍隊s to become "an 効果的な 国家の 軍隊," while fostering 経済的な 開発 across the country.

Members of 武装した groups that "are not 分類するd as テロリスト" would be encouraged to 可決する・採択する "平和的な political means" and given 職業s within the 明言する／公表する 行政.

A five-point 誓約（する） - authored by the American 会談 chairman, retired 上院議員 George Mitchell - was 要求するd both at the start of Northern Ireland's 交渉s and again when former 交戦的なs, such as McGuinness, 伸び（る）d high office in Belfast.
