会談 are under way today in an 試みる／企てる to 解決する the mail 論争 before planned その上の 活動／戦闘.

交渉s between the Communication 労働者s Union and 王室の Mail continued late into the evening yesterday after a day of wildcat strikes in London and Liverpool. 会談 were 再開するing today.

Several thousand 郵便の 労働者s were said to have taken part in the 非公式の 産業の 活動／戦闘 in 抗議する at new 転換 patterns.

The strikes were linked to a bitter 列／漕ぐ／騒動 over 職業s, 支払う／賃金 and 年金s.

The 王室の Mail said more than 97 per cent of its staff were 支援する at work after an 公式の／役人 48-hour 停止 by the union which ended at 3am on Wednesday. Wildcat 活動／戦闘 started すぐに afterwards.

Fresh 公式の／役人 活動／戦闘 is 予定 to start again from Monday, unless a 取引，協定 can be reached.

In the ありふれたs yesterday, 影をつくる／尾行する 商売／仕事 長官 Alan Duncan （刑事）被告 大臣s of "欠如（する）ing the will" to put an end to the 郵便の 論争. But 商売／仕事 長官 John Hutton said the 申し込む／申し出 made to 王室の Mail staff was "decent and fair".

一方／合間, 会談 目的（とする）d at 解決するing the long-running 論争 will 再開する later today in a 企て，努力，提案 to 回避する a fresh 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 公式の／役人 strikes called by the Communication 労働者s Union (CWU) from next Monday.

Up to 130,000 union members have taken two 48 hour strikes in the past week which 手足を不自由にする／（物事を）損なうd mail 配達／演説／出産s across the country.

The 論争 was inflamed when many 郵便の 労働者s took exception to 存在 told their 転換 times had changed.

An 概算の 600 郵便の 労働者s across Merseyside were on strike again today 影響する／感情ing 17 offices in the area.

Union 公式の／役人s （人命などを）奪う，主張するd that at Liverpool's main sorting office worke rs were told that if they started work they would be 受託するing the new 転換 hours.

Union 公式の／役人 示す Walsh said: "They turned up today to work and were told that if they started work they would be 受託するing the new hours."

"They are really 負傷させる up, they are very bitter at what is 存在 done. They almost feel like they are 存在 いじめ（る）d into having their 契約 changed."

労働者s also took wildcat 活動／戦闘 in east, south-west and south-east London, 含むing a busy mail centre at Nine Elms.

会談 between the two 味方するs will 再開する later today.

The 王室の Mail said about 30 offices were 影響する／感情d by today's 非公式の strikes out of a total of 1,500.

The 王室の Mail in Liverpool has 辞退するd to renegotiate on 転換 times for 郵便の 労働者s, the CWU （人命などを）奪う，主張するd today.

マイク Yarwood, area 配達／演説／出産 rep for the CWU, said: "The area general 経営者／支配人 for the 王室の Mail is not 用意が出来ている to renegotiate on what he has already 提案するd to us. We are collating （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and will put it to our members later on today."

"The 交渉s are about the different 転換 times. We have to make sure that it is 権利 for our people."

At 8.15am there were around 10 郵便の 労働者s outside Liverpool's main sorting office.

A postman, who wished to be known only as George, said: "I think it's disgusting the way they are 扱う／治療するing us. There were around 300 of us here this morning."
