A woman who lost her baby daughter after 存在 kicked in the stomach five days from her 予定 date has slammed 検察官，検事s for 辞退するing to see her child as human after they failed to 圧力（をかける） 殺人 or child 破壊 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against her ex-partner.

Jessy Johnson, 21, was 警告するd by social services not long after 落ちるing 妊娠している that she should stay away from her violent partner Stuart Samson, but the pair stayed together through her pregnancy.

Samson, 37, the baby's father, was known to social services に引き続いて previous violent behaviour but the 十代の少年少女 believed things would get better.

However, on April 16 last year Jessy lost her daughter when a drunk Samson kicked attacked her in a 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業, and whispered in her ear not to call an 救急車.

'What really annoys me is that they didn't 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 him with 殺人 or child 破壊.

'The 起訴 told me because the baby had not been born they didn't see her as 存在 human - even though she was 十分な-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.'

Jessy met Stuart when she just 16 through family members and the pair started dating.

For the first few months things were 罰金 but she soon realised he was a different person when drunk and his binge drinking would go on for weeks at a time.

She said: 'As soon as I heard his drunken 発言する／表明する I knew there would be trouble.

She said: 'I fell and was in 絶対の agony.

'Stuart had to carry me to my mum's but he didn't believe I was in 苦痛 and kept calling me a 演劇 queen.

'They gave me tablets to induce me and I had to go home. '

'But I don't think Stuart will learn anything from this.
