A father-of-four whose 脚 was 鎮圧するd in a horrific workplace 事故 had just hours earlier discussed what would happen if he were to die on the 職業.

Dan Peterson had been working as a field service fitter at Queensland's Curragh Coal 地雷 in May when a 大規模な piece of 機械／機構 fell on him.
