囚人s to be locked in 独房s on Fridays to save cash

The 刑務所，拘置所 知事s' 協会 (PGA) said inmates would be locked-up for longer than any period since 1969.

Mr Tidball said: "This is our best way to 会合，会う that saving next year. 囚人s will be spending more time locked up than they were in 1969 from April next year."

"Our belief is that smaller is better."
