The 長，率いる of Puerto Rico's 力／強力にする company said Sunday the 機関 will 取り消す its $300million 契約 with Whitefish Energy Holdings まっただ中に 増加するd scrutiny of the tiny Montana company's 役割 in 回復するing the island's 力／強力にする system に引き続いて ハリケーン Maria.

'It's an enormous distraction,' Ramos said of the 論争 over the 契約. 'This was negatively 衝撃ing the work we're already doing.'

The 現在の work by Whitefish teams will not be 影響する／感情d by the 取り消し and that work will be 完全にするd in November, Ramos said.

He said the 取り消し will 延期する 未解決の work by 10 to 12 weeks if no 代案／選択肢s are 設立する.

Whitefish 広報担当者 Chris Chiames told The Associated 圧力（をかける） that the company was 'very disappointed' in the 知事's 決定／判定勝ち（する）, and said it would only 延期する 成果／努力s t o 回復する 力／強力にする.

He said Whitefish brought 350 労働者s to Puerto Rico in いっそう少なく than a month and it 推定する／予想するd to have 500 more by this week.?

Chiames said the company 完全にするd 批判的な work, 含むing a 事業／計画（する） that will soon lead to a half million people in San Juan getting 力／強力にする.

'We will certainly finish any work that (the 力／強力にする company) wants us to 完全にする and stand by our かかわり合いs,' he said.

Ramos said Sunday that the total of cost of 回復するing the system would come to $1.2billion.

Ramos said the company already has paid Whitefish $10.9million to bring its 労働者s and 激しい 器具／備品 to Puerto Rico and has a $9.8million 支払い（額） 未解決の for work done so far.

'If @WhitefishEnergy feels that asking for transparency is "misplaced", what are they afraid we will find?' Cruz tweeted on Wednesday.
