He said: 'Every time he's 解放(する)d we're counting the hours until he's breaking into houses again. We're 絶えず 的ing him on 解放(する) but we can't 持つ/拘留する his 手渡す 24/7.

犠牲者s 含むd schools, 私的な companies, social clubs, churches, farms and community centres across Rossendale and Burnley. At one school for pupils with learning difficulties Everall walked in the 誤った pretext of speaking to the headteacher then stole its 輸送 先頭 which would take youngsters on trips.

Supt John-Paul Ruffle, of Greater Manchester Police, wrote on Twitter: 'This prolific 夜盗,押し込み強盗 has appeared in the ドッキングする/減らす/ドックに入れる nearly 100 times.?

'A 32-week 宣告,判決 is no deterrent nor an appropriate 罰 for such a prolific どろぼう #throwawaythekey.?

In mitigation for Everall, defence lawyer Chris Richards said his (弁護士の)依頼人 had been sexually 乱用d at care homes in North むちの跡s and 追加するd: 'He has a 重要な 賭事ing 中毒 and he 受託するs his behaviour supports the 中毒.

'There was a period of time when he was out of 保護/拘留, four weeks, when he made a かなりの 成果/努力 to turn his life around.

'He was 雇うd working in a cake shop, where he worked eight hours a day. He 除外するd himself from the bookmakers to try and 抑制(する) his 中毒.

'He did everything he could to stop the 勧めるs of 賭事ing because he doesn't want to be the sort of man who's doing time in 刑務所,拘置所 in his 50's. He 受託するs he relapsed. An 中毒 is something that can be incredibly hard to 支配(する)/統制する.

'He knows he is going to 保護/拘留. He 表明するs かなりの 悔いる for his 活動/戦闘s. His family circumstances are unfortunate, his eight-year-old son is ser iously 無能にするd.

'Social services have been 伴う/関わるd as the mother of the son is struggling to care for him. His son looks up to him and finds him to be a 肯定的な 影響(力). He has led a very 悲劇の life, but this does not dissociate from his 活動/戦闘s.

宣告,判決ing 裁判官 Angela Nield told Everall: 'You have used your opportunistic ways to 基金 your 賭事ing 中毒, which, a lot like a 麻薬 中毒, has 完全に controlled your behaviour.?

'Considering your background you would think that stealing from those in need would be beneath you - but 明白に not.

'You are 直接/まっすぐに 責任がある your son and given he is someone who looks to you for 指導/手引, I can only hope he doesn't follow in your path of 罪,犯罪.'
