Alison Mapletof, from Hove, East Sussex, received the 需要・要求する for cash and 刑務所，拘置所 脅し from 3GS, an 施行 会社／堅い 契約d by her 地元の 会議

Alison Mapletoft, 39, was left shocked and 脅すd after receiving the 需要・要求する for cash from an 施行 会社／堅い 契約d by her 地元の 会議.

When the mother-of-two phoned the 会社／堅い - called 3GS - she was told that unless she paid she could be 運ぶ／漁獲高d before a 法廷，裁判所 and 軍隊d to 直面する a £2,500 罰金 or a 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決.

Mrs Mapletoft, from Hove, East Sussex, said:?'The whole experience was 極端に 苦しめるing for my whole family and my daughter was so upset because she thought mummy may be spending Christmas behind 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s in 刑務所，拘置所.'

Now Mrs Mapletoft is 需要・要求するing an end to the 脅迫してさせるing 脅す 策略 雇うd by 3GS.

She said: 'The 罰金s （機の）カム 完全に out of the blue and I had no idea what I had done wrong.

Mrs Mapletoft, who runs a busine ss making 限られた／立憲的な 版 scarves and cushions from her home,?had a 65cm square box 含む／封じ込めるing eight cushions 配達するd to a PO box used by her 商売／仕事.

3GS does not 手渡す out 警告s and there is no 控訴，上告s 手続き in place for individuals to challenge 罰金s.

Mrs Mapletoft said she and her family were so 強調する／ストレスd by the 策略 used by 3GS they paid the two 罰金s.

Caroline Lucas, Green MP for Brighton, said she had been inundated with （民事の）告訴s about the 会社／堅い for the disproportionate 罰金s.

In a blog she wrote: 'In many of the 事例／患者s I've been 接触するd about, a 警告, or 指導／手引, would seem a more proportionate 返答 - and I fail to see why it isn't possible for this to happen.

'The Department for 環境, Food and 田舎の 事件／事情／状勢s (DEFRA) 指導／手引 on the 問題／発行する of 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 刑罰，罰則 Notices, 明確に 明言する／公表するs that 問題／発行するing one should be a proportionate 返答, that they should not be 問題／発行するd where there is no 意図.
