A homeless man who stole phones from 犠牲者s of the Manchester 円形競技場 attack and replied 'sorry I can't talk now' as loved ones tried to 猛烈に get 持つ/拘留する of them was today 刑務所,拘置所d for more than four years.?

Chris Parker, 33, shamelessly ransacked 犠牲者's 捕らえる、獲得するs に引き続いて the 破滅的な 爆破 in May last year?which killed 22 people and 負傷させるd 400 others に引き続いて an Ariana Grande concert.
