Madeleine the novel: Now 不名誉d police 長，指導者（人命などを）奪う，主張するs girl's 団体／死体 was 捨てるd at sea in new 調書をとる／予約する

The former police 長，指導者 has already （人命などを）奪う，主張するd that Kate and Gerry McCann are probably 責任がある their daughter's 見えなくなる. The couple 否定する any 関与

Madeleine McCann's 団体／死体 was 捨てるd at sea, a former Portuguese police 長，指導者（人命などを）奪う，主張するs in a novel about the 事例／患者.

In Paulo Cristovao's fictional account the little girl's 見えなくなる is never solved.

But Kate and Gerry McCann's 広報担当者（刑事）被告 the ex-視察官 - who never worked on the 事例／患者 - of trying to 利益（をあげる） from the couple's misfortune, 説 his （人命などを）奪う，主張するs were "hurtful and 苦しめるing".

Cristovao's novel, The 星／主役にする Of Madeleine, follows two fictional police officers as they 試みる／企てる to unravel the mystery.

They end their 調査星／主役にするing out at the 大西洋 Ocean and the 事例／患者 remains 未解決の - an 結果 the McCanns have 述べるd as their worst nightmare.

Cristovao has been a constant critic of the McCanns, and 以前 called for them to be 逮捕（する）d for leaving their children alone in their Algarve holiday apartment on the night Madeleine 消えるd in May last year.

At the novel's 開始する，打ち上げる in Portugal, he made no 陳謝 for the anguish the story might 原因（となる）, 説: "I am sure Madeleine's parents will not like the 調書をとる／予約する."

Cristovao stopped short of 告発する／非難するing the couple, of Rothley, Leicestershire, 説: "In their shoes, I'd behave in 正確に／まさに the same way as they did during the 調査.

"I would defend myself with all the 武器s that I could use. The difference in this world is that some have more 武器s than others."

But their 広報担当者, Clarence Mitchell, said: "It is a 広大な／多数の／重要な pity that pe ople still feel the need to 利益（をあげる） out of Madeleine's 見えなくなる.

"That is very 苦しめるing for Kate and Gerry.

"The 成果／努力s that people are putting into this 肉親，親類d of 不当利得行為 would be better spent helping the 調査 to find Madeleine.

"If Mr Cristovao feels he has any （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）関連した to that search then we would ask him to help with that 調査.

"Beyond that we won't dignify these いわゆる調書をとる／予約するs with a comment."

Cristovao said his 調書をとる／予約する was "プロの／賛成の-Portugal" and it 含む／封じ込めるs thinly 隠すd 批評 of Britain's political 関与 in the 事例／患者.

In the novel the police officers 直面する圧力 from British 外交官s as they try to unravel the mystery.

In reality, Portuguese police have criticised Gordon Brown's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to raise the 調査 in 会合s with his Portuguese 相当するもの, and have 攻撃する，衝突する out at political 干渉，妨害.

Cristovao worked for the Policia Judiciaria for several years, on 事例／患者s

含むing the 追跡（する） for 行方不明の nineyearold Joana Cipriano, who disappeared in 2004, from Figueira, just seven miles from Praia da Luz.

Her 団体／死体 has never been 設立する. Her mother Leonor was later （刑事）被告 and 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of her 殺人, but has since （人命などを）奪う，主張するd that police （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 her into making a 自白.

Cristovao and three others have been （刑事）被告 of 拷問ing her.

The 不名誉d former 長，率いる of the Madeleine 調査, Goncalo Amaral, has 否定するd （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that he covered up the 拷問.
