A Michigan couple are taking 首脳会議 郡区, Michigan to 連邦の 法廷，裁判所 after the municipality has thrown 合法的な 障害s in the way of 開始 a swingers club in the small town.

The couple, Kent and Angie Tyler, 58 and 42 それぞれ, 競う that 首脳会議 郡区 is 侵害する／違反するing their 憲法の 権利s by 封鎖するing the 開始 of their 商売／仕事, called 'Epicurean 開発s' at 4200 Spring Arbor Road in 首脳会議.
