BBC 直面するing £250,000 罰金 over telethon 質問（する） scams

The BBC is 直面するing a 記録，記録的な／記録する 罰金 of up to £250,000 after 繰り返して ripping off licence 料金 payers on a string of shows.

The BBC is 推定する／予想するd to receive its biggest ever 許可／制裁 when Ofcom 支配するs on its 偽のing of 競争 勝利者s on a number of programmes.

テレビ視聴者s on shows 含むing Children in Need, Comic 救済 and Sport 救済 were all duped.

生産／産物 staff were 設立する to have made up 指名するs of 勝利者s and even 提起する／ポーズをとるd as contestants.

The regulator, which will 支配する on 12 事例／患者s, will not give the BBC any special favours. An Ofcom 広報担当者 said: "Whether 公然と 基金d or not the same rigorous high 基準s 適用する to all."

The 罰金 will almost certainly be a 記録，記録的な／記録する and the 最大限 £250,000 非難 is thought to be under serious consideration.

Last year, the BBC was 罰金d £50,000 for one 類似の 出来事/事件, which saw Blue Peter 偽の a 競争 勝利者.

A second Blue Peter 引き裂く-off, which saw programme-製造者s ignore the results of a 競争 to 指名する the show's cat, is の中で those Ofcom will 支配する on.

This also happened on Sport 救済 in July 2006, while a Children In Need segment in 2005 saw the 指名する of a fictitious ten-year-old 勝利者 存在 read out on 空気／公表する.

Last week, it 現れるd ITV could be 罰金d £4million for its phone-in scams. テレビ視聴者s wasted almost £8million as they took part in 競争s in which 勝利者s had already been chosen.
