容認できない! MPs 爆破 fat cat 支払う／賃金 at 無能にするd car 計画／陰謀 with salaries that are '全く out of whack with reality'

The Motability 無能にするd car 計画／陰謀 is 支払う／賃金ing bosses ‘全く 容認できない’ salaries ? and making banks richer too, an 調査 結論するs today.

A damning 報告（する）／憶測 by MPs 支援するs a Daily Mail 調査 that exposed scandalous use of public money at the charitable 計画／陰謀.

The 調査 設立する Motability 操作／手術s’ 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある マイク Betts ? paid £1.7million a year ? and fellow directors were pocketing salaries ‘全く out of whack with reality’.

Motability arranges cars for 無能にするd people in 交流 for their 明言する／公表する disability allowance.

But the Mail 明らかにする／漏らすd in February it is 支払う／賃金ing 抱擁する salaries and hoarding £2.4billion of public money.

Our 調査 led to directors 存在 運ぶ／漁獲高d before MPs on the work and 年金s and 財務省 委員会s. Today their 報告（する）／憶測s find:

• Mr Betts enjoyed a 78 per cent 支払う／賃金 増加する in nine years ? にもかかわらず running a taxpayer-supported monopoly;
• Banks are creaming off £700,000 a year from their 関与;
• Motability’s reserves are ‘out of 割合 to the 危険s it 直面するs’ ? and it has so much spare cash it could afford to 削減（する） prices;
• It gets £700million a year in 税金 救済 ? 手渡すing it an 平易な ‘monopoly’ on public money for 無能にするd 運転者s.

The MPs called on the 国家の Audit Office (NAO) to 行為／行う an examination of Motability’s accounts going 支援する years.

労働 MP Frank Field, chairman of the work and 年金s 委員会, said: ‘抱擁する thanks to the Mail for making this an 問題／発行する, which the 委員会s quickly and willingly took up.

‘The levels of 支払う／賃金 pocketed by [Motablity’s] (n)役員／(a)執行力のあるs and the cash reserves it is hoarding are 全く out of whack with reality of its position in the market. That one member of staff is paid over ten times what the 総理大臣 earns is one example of where Motability needs to get a 支配する of itself and realise the 特権d position in which it 貿易（する）s.’

When the Mail exposed the スキャンダル, we 明らかにする／漏らすd how Mr Betts, 56, lives in a £5million flat overlooking Tower 橋（渡しをする）.

Former second-in-命令（する） David Gilman, 66 ? whose flat is just across the Thames from Mr Betts’ ? was paid £1.1million in 2016, and his 交替／補充 Matthew Hamilton-James, 44, earned £550,000 last year.

Motability 操作／手術s ? a 限られた／立憲的な 会社／堅い operating under 契約 to the Motability charity ? says 支払う／賃金 is 始める，決める by comparing salaries with bosses of FTSE 250 会社／堅いs. But the MPs said: ‘Given its 存在 as a taxpayer-supported monopoly, the 無 競争 it 直面するs for 顧客s, and the 状況 of 抑制するd 福利事業 spending in which it operates, the level of (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 支払う／賃金 is 全く 容認できない.’

For the past １０年間, Motability has hoarded £200million a year in unspent 基金s, giving it what the MPs 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語d ‘an exponential 増加する in reserves’ to £2.4billion.

Nicky Morgan MP, chairman of the 財務省 委員会, said: ‘High levels of (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 支払う／賃金 and 重要な 財政上の reserves are difficult to square with the honourable 客観的なs of the 計画／陰謀. It seems that Motability may have lost its way. [The 政府] should ask the NAO to carry out a 十分な 調査 into the value for money of the Motability 計画／陰謀.’

The 政府 自白するd it knew for at least five years that Motability had received too much public money. Sarah Newton, 大臣 for 無能にするd people, told MPs 大臣s had ‘繰り返して’ challenged Motability bosses about hoarding such 広大な reserves.

Charlie Elphicke MP told the Motability bosses their 操作／手術 was ‘like a casino’.

Under the 計画／陰謀, 顧客s agree to their £58-a-week mobility 利益s 存在 paid 直接／まっすぐに to the 会社／堅い, which gives them a 乗り物 with 保険, 税金, servicing and 決裂／故障 cover 含むd. Motability 最高潮の場面d that the 報告（する）／憶測 recognised the 計画／陰謀 供給するs an ‘極端に 価値のある service’ to 無能にするd people, and said it would welcome an NAO 調査.?
