顧客s 直面するd problems logging into the Barclays 動きやすい banking app for three hours today - for the third time in just 15 days.

Some people were experiencing slow 返答s as they tried to スピードを出す/記録につける in this morning, with those 影響する/感情d 報告(する)/憶測ing problems from about 8am until 11am.?

It comes after 顧客s of Barclays, TSB and HSBC were furious at 存在 locked out of their accounts last Friday on what was payday for many in Britain.?

Banks continue to 直面する problems 昇格ing their IT systems with the 意向 of 改善するing 安全, as they move from '遺産/遺物' systems to newer ソフトウェア.

IT glitches are 原因(となる)ing 正規の/正選手 大混乱, with online 顧客s of RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank also 存在 locked out for five hours a fortnight ago - again, on a Friday.

A Barclays 広報担当者 said at about 11.30am today: 'We apologise to the small number of 顧客s that experienced 延期するs logging into their Barclays 動きやすい Banking app this morning.?

What you should do if you 直面する an unscheduled online banking outage

3. Also, don't forget about 支払い(額)s which aren't standing orders or direct debits. If you have invoices and 支払い(額)s that need to be settled during an 予期しない outage, 接触する the 供給者 and explain the 状況/情勢.

4. Check your credit とじ込み/提出する ? when 支払い(額)s are 行方不明になるd, all it can take is a 支払い(額) 存在 made one week late to put a dent in your credit 率ing. You can easily check your credit とじ込み/提出する online (and for 解放する/自由な) using a service such as Clearscore or Noddle.

5. If you think you're 直面するing a loss 予定 to an 予期しない online banking 失敗 you can 宿泊する a (民事の)告訴 with your bank for any 財政上の 損害賠償金 incurred as a result of the disruption. If you don't believe you (民事の)告訴 has been dealt with 適切な by your bank you can take your 事例/患者 to the 財政上の Ombudsman for review.
