Jade Hutchings was a child who adored 事実上の／代理 and animals, friends and family. But she 苦しむd from 苦悩 and いつかs struggled to fit in socially, so her loving family 決起大会／結集させるd 一連の会議、交渉／完成する with trips to the seaside, community events and 遠出s to historic attractions.

After she 攻撃する，衝突する adolescence, she became a 的 for いじめ（る）ing by a group of boys at her school in Birmingham.

The attacks sent the 十代の少年少女 spiralling into 不景気 and made her feel suicidal, so her parents sought 医療の help.

At 14 she ended up in a psychiatric hospital, where she was 診断するd with Asperger’s Syndrome ? a form of autism often 行方不明になるd in young women that can leave them with 厳しい emotional and social difficulties.

Her parents were told she would be away six months at most.

But 13 years later, Jade is still locked away ? like the many others with autism and learning disabilities as 報告（する）／憶測d by this newspaper.

‘It’s like a bereavement except our daughter is not dead,’ Linda, her distraught mother, told me.

Jade has been held in lonely seclusion, 軍隊d to wear just a rubber gown and pumped 十分な of powerful 麻薬s. She has piled on 負わせる and her 明言する／公表する of mind is 悪化するing, 罠にかける まっただ中に the tumult and 大混乱 of a 安全な・保証する psychiatric 部隊, say her family.

She was 許すd to leave one 部隊 簡潔に when she travelled to Abu Dhabi and Paris on foreign holidays, which she calls her last time of freedom.

She has self-害（を与える）d while locked up but never attacked anyone else ? yet is seen to be such a 危険 she has not been 許すd outside beyond a tiny 中庭 for four years. She was not permitted to visit her beloved grandfather as he lay dying from 癌, nor even 許すd out for a short walk in the park with her family and their dog.

When her parents visit her at the psychiatric 部隊 in Newark, Nottinghamshire, after travelling almost two hours to see and talk with their 苦しめるd daughter, they must sit crammed in a small room with two staff 現在の.

Linda, 54, a support 労働者 for people with acquired brain 傷害s, said: ‘When she went in at first we were desperate , but they have taken away her childhood. She went in as a 十代の少年少女 and now she is 27 years old. Where is the humanity in what they are doing to her? ‘It is so painful seeing her friends go to university and settle 負かす／撃墜する with partners. One has a young daughter.

‘Jade has 行方不明になるd all these things, which she 猛烈に wants and I am so 脅すd for her 未来.’

Her story is a 悲劇. Yet she is just one の中で hundreds of 十代の少年少女s and young adults with autism and learning disabilities torn from their families and 軍隊d into 安全な・保証する mental health 部隊s that make 大規模な 利益（をあげる）s for their distant owners. The Mail on Sunday has 明らかにする／漏らすd that, にもかかわらず repeated 政府 誓約（する）s to 減ずる the numbers of such people in 安全な・保証する 部隊s, 私的な 会社／堅いs are 開始 up new centres and 急速な／放蕩な 拡大するing their 株 of a lucrative health 部門.

Jade’s 現在の home is Farndon, a 安全な・保証する 部隊 owned by Elysium with beds for up to 48 women.

最新の accounts show that last year Elysium Healthcare (Farndon) earned 歳入s from the NHS of £7 million, giving them operating 利益（をあげる）s of £1.6 million.

Elysium is 支援するd by BC Partners, a 私的な 公正，普通株主権 group, through a 会社／堅い in low-税金 Luxembourg. Little wonder that 選挙運動者s 恐れる 患者s are seen as cash cows to be milked by a 欠陥d system at the expense of taxpayers.

Linda and her husband Chris believe the cost of their daughter’s care is £416,000 a year. Elysium 拒絶する／低下するd to comment.

Linda said they had ‘lovely memories’ of their daughter’s childhood before becoming （海，煙などが）飲み込むd in a nightmare 14 years ago.

She 解任するd: ‘We thought the professionals knew what they were doing and she would soon be out.’

After a 自殺 企て，努力，提案 at school, Jade was taken to a psychiatric 部隊 for 患者s with eating disorders.

She started to mimic them in an 試みる／企てる to fit in ? a ありふれた trait for 女性（の）s with Asperger’s ? and shed so much 負わせる she had to be 軍隊-fed through a tube.

The family was told Jade needed to be sectioned and sent to St Andrew’s, a major psychiatric centre in Northampton.

‘Social services said if we did not agree they would take us to 法廷，裁判所 and have us 合法的に 除去するd as nearest 親族s,’ said Linda. ‘They were 脅すing us. It was terrifying, like 存在 beaten with a stick.’

Jade received decent 治療 at St Andrew’s, where she could enjoy the grounds, for three years. Then she was moved to a specialist autism 部隊 近づく Bath that 許すd her out for shopping jaunts with her sisters and those family holidays abroad.

But then she was sent to another 安全な・保証する 部隊 outside Cambridgeshire where, her parents said, she was locked for weeks in a secluded attic room with just a television and rubber-sheeted bed ? and 覆う？ in a rubberised gown.

‘They didn’t even give her a pillow,’ said her mother. ‘She was watched all the time, even doing the most personal things.

‘She was also 抑制するd 肉体的に, which was very traumatic for a girl who had been いじめ（る）d.’ Next she was 転換d to a 個人として run 部隊 in むちの跡s, where a mental health 法廷 asked Birmingham City 会議, her home 基金ing 当局, to look into a community-based care 一括.

Instead, two years ago, she was sent to Farndon.

One 推論する／理由 for the 失敗 of Transforming Care ? an 率先 開始する，打ち上げるd after a 2011 乱用 スキャンダル at Winterbourne 見解（をとる） in Gloucestershire to get people with autism and learning disabilities out of such places ? is that cash-strapped 地元の 当局 prefer to see the NHS 支払う／賃金ing for psychiatric 部隊s rather than 基金 care 一括s in the community. Yet community support is often more 効果的な for 患者s and cheaper for taxpayers.

Jade is 存在 held because of ‘self-害（を与える）ing 傾向s’ in the past but has never shown any 調印するs of 存在 a danger to herself when she is with her family.

One psychiatrist told the family that 私的な health providers often say anything to keep their 患者s locked up. ‘The end 正当化するs the means,’ said Linda.

Birmingham 会議 said it would not discuss individual 事例／患者s. ‘There are always 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限ing 対策 in place when somebody’s liberty is 限られた／立憲的な 予定 to illness or disability,’ said a 広報担当者.

When Jade’s younger sister Rosie had leukaemia eight years ago, Jade 供給するd bone 骨髄 for a successful 移植（する）. ‘I’ll defend the NHS with my last breath,’ Linda said. ‘But this model of care 簡単に does not work.’

She’s 納得させるd her daughter would be better off 支援する with her family and friends in Birmingham, 支援するd by a care 一括. ‘Surely after 13 years they could try something else? She has definitely become worse, which is so worrying to see over all these years.

‘She is medicated, really tired, and sleeps a lot. She put on 負担s of 負わせる 予定 to powerful anti- psychotic 薬／医学s and 欠如（する） of 演習, then they say she does not have the capacity to go for a walk with the dog. She sleeps and watches TV.’

Her family are desperate to 解放する／自由な Jade. ‘We are 苦しむing agonies,’ said Linda. ‘I’m heartbroken.

‘She is the first thing I think about in the morning and last thing I think about at night. When will this torment end?’
