BP 直面するs 猛烈な／残忍な new 批評 from 運転者s groups today as it 発表するd a 記録，記録的な／記録する利益（をあげる） of ￡5.58 billion for the six months to 30 June.

The company says higher 利ざやs on oil 精製するing rather than 小売石油 sales are 責任がある the 上向き jump. But the road ロビー is 怒り／怒るd by what it （人命などを）奪う，主張するs is 不当利得行為 by the oil companies まっただ中に high forecourt prices.

BP said higher North American gas prices also helped 上げる its 業績／成果. Higher 利ざやs on oil 精製するing had enabled that 分割 to 報告（する）／憶測 a ￡1.1billion 利益（をあげる） for the three months to 30 June, a 26 per cent jump from the first ４半期/4分の1.

The 記録，記録的な／記録する results come after 許すing for costs associated with BP's 引き継ぎ／買収 last year of oil 製品s group Burmah Castrol.
