The father of 殺人d 十代の少年少女 Stephen Lawrence 恐れるs that 暴力／激しさ on Britain's streets is even worse than when his son was stabbed to death more than a ４半期/4分の1 of a century ago.

Stephen was 殺人d by a ギャング（団） of 人種差別主義者s while waiting for a bus in Eltham, south-east London, in 1993.

The bungled 初期の 調査 into his death was 妨害するd by （人命などを）奪う，主張するs of 人種差別主義, 汚職 and 無資格／無能力 - and it took nearly 20 years for two of his five or six 殺し屋s to finally be brought to 司法（官）.

Speaking on the 20th 周年記念日 of the Macpherson 報告（する）／憶測, which branded the 主要都市の Police 'institutionally 人種差別主義者', Neville Lawrence called for a new 団体／死体 to be brought in to 確実にする the 報告（する）／憶測's findings are 器具／実施するd.

Mr Lawrence said: 'When my son was 殺人d I felt it was really important to help stop the mayhem by getting the 推薦s in the Macpherson 報告（する）／憶測 器具／実施するd. But while it was mayhem then, it is 現実に worse now.

'The 報告（する）／憶測 was Stephen's 遺産／遺物 and 決定的な 改革（する） was brought in as a result. But that 遺産／遺物 is at 危険 as there is no steering group 確実にするing the 報告（する）／憶測's findings are carried out.

'Nobody is 持つ／拘留するing police 軍隊s to account and I think it is really important that a group is formed again to carry out this work. The police could be 支払う／賃金ing lip service to the 推薦s and we would never know.

'While a lot of things have 改善するd, the disproportionate number of 黒人／ボイコット people 存在 支配する to stop and search continues to 増加する, as do the numbers of BAME people dying after use of police 軍隊 and 抑制.

Earlier this week, Met commissioner Cressida 刑事 said she did not believe the 軍隊 was 人種差別主義者, and that it had made 進歩 に引き続いて the Macpherson 報告（する）／憶測.

Guy Mitchell, a specialist civil liberties solicitor from Hodge Jones and Allen - who is part of the team 代表するing Mr Lawrence, said: 'The Macpherson 報告（する）／憶測 代表するd a seminal moment in British society and, while some 改良s were made, it is 決定的な that a steering group is 再提出するd to 確実にする the 報告（する）／憶測's findings are 適切に 器具／実施するd.
