I know it takes an 成果／努力, but it really is time to 見解（をとる） the police just like any other failed 産業 which 簡単に does not 配達する value for money.?

Either they have to be 改革（する）d from 最高の，を越す to 底（に届く）, or they should be 取って代わるd by something better.

簡単に for 説 this I will now be 支配するd to a トルネード，竜巻 of 乱用 and falsehoods, 配達するd by people （人命などを）奪う，主張するing to be police officers but hiding their 身元s, all over the internet.?

Police （人命などを）奪う，主張する they 欠如（する） 資源s to help the 法律-がまんするing. But にもかかわらず 最近の 削減（する）s, they are far more 非常に／多数の than they were 50 years ago [とじ込み／提出する photo]

Perhaps they really are police officers. にもかかわらず their hairy-chested, 積極的な language, they are invariably as 政治上 訂正する as any student union.?

They are 脅すd that the public will 結局 wake up to the fact that they are 支払う／賃金ing for a service and not getting it.

And when they do, then they are going to have to change their ways very radically. So they want to shut me up.?

I’ll get a lot of personal 乱用. 井戸／弁護士席, there’s a surprise. The idea that the police are the polite servants of the public died long ago.

I’ll be told to go out (please, not again! I’ve done it) on one of their useless ‘patrols’, where they 反応する at high 速度(を上げる） to 罪，犯罪s they could and should have 妨げるd. I’ll be told that I am 告発する／非難するing the police of 存在 lazy. I am not.?

Police, who had done almost nothing to 抑制（する） anti-social behaviour (ASB) in their area of Warrington for years, were, of course, swift to 行為／法令／行動する once there was a 殺人 to 調査／捜査する

I am 説 that they do the wrong thing all the time, 注ぐing water into a bucket with a 穴を開ける in the 底（に届く）, and however hard they work at it, they will 達成する nothing. 予防, not reaction, is their 職業.

I’ll be told that I show no 尊敬（する）・点 to police officers who 危険 their lives in the line of 義務. I 尊敬（する）・点 them 絶対.?

But I should point out that even in my own 貿易（する） of journalism, there are people who 危険 their lives, and are killed or kidnapped, and their courage does not make the 残り／休憩（する） of us 免疫の from 批評 where we fail or misbehave.

Interestingly, I’ll also hear from some serving and retired officers who 完全に agree with me that the 職業 they 調印するd up to do has been destroyed.?

In another 事例／患者, the 権利s of 違法な tenants 延期するd the 会議 from 立ち退かせるing ASB 悪党／犯人s, while the 犠牲者 had to 苦しむ months of 乱用 when waiting for the eviction notice to be served.’

So there you have it. Police （人命などを）奪う，主張する they 欠如（する） 資源s to help the 法律-がまんするing. But にもかかわらず 最近の 削減（する）s, they are far more 非常に／多数の than they were 50 years ago.?

They are 重さを計るd 負かす／撃墜する with expensive 器具／備品. They a re supported by tens of thousands of office staff.

They no longer have to run 起訴s, a 職業 手渡すd over to the CPS. They no longer have to 安全な・保証する 商業の 前提s, a 義務 taken over by 私的な 安全 会社／堅いs.

They no longer have to 施行する parking 法律s, and as far as I can see they have 完全に given up traffic patrols.?

As for 正規の／正選手 foot patrols, you might 同様に hope to see King Arthur and the Knights of the 一連の会議、交渉／完成する （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する bicycling up Oxford Street.

It’s not that they’re lazy, nor that they are short of staff. It’s just that they don’t any longer do what it says on the tin.?

It’s as if the 地位，任命する Office was still called the 地位，任命する Office but 現実に didn’t 配達する letters any more. They are not the police.?

They are a 明言する／公表する 罪，犯罪-報告（する）／憶測ing 機関 which does やめる a bit of social work (some of it rather noble) and which ひどく 施行するs equality and 多様制 codes, 特に on Christian preachers.

井戸／弁護士席, they can 持つ／拘留する a 旗 day for that and see if anyone puts money in the box. But I really don’t see why we should be 軍隊d to 支払う／賃金 any 税金s for it.

Do you ever hesitate about getting someone else punished, either in 事例／患者 you are wrong, or because you can’t bring yourself to 廃虚 someone else’s life??

It seems to me that you have to be very sure indeed about something before taking 活動／戦闘s which might 結局最後にはーなる with someone else 存在 locked away for many years, and 結局 解放（する）d into a 破産者／倒産した, 燃やすd-out life.

No 疑問 some people, rapists for example, do deserve this. And if you are やめる sure that they do, then I can’t see why you should 反対する too much to 存在 asked ? not compelled, asked ? to 許す police to 接近 your 動きやすい phone 記録，記録的な／記録するs.

I’m dispirited by the fuss about this sensible 警戒 against wrongful 有罪の判決, 存在 spun as a 甚だしい／１２ダース 侵入占拠.?

Those asked for these 詳細（に述べる）s remain 完全に 匿名の／不明の and need 恐れる no public （危険などに）さらす. I believe in the 罰 of wrongdoers.?

That 課すs a 義務 on me to be very sure that the 権利 person is 罪人／有罪を宣告するd. But there is now a 猛烈な／残忍な （選挙などの）運動をする to get 有罪の判決s for 強姦 関わりなく any 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限s.

Its 支持者s already 推定する that anyone 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 強姦 is 有罪の. It is 政治上 driven.?

And I 恐れる that this （選挙などの）運動をする will start 需要・要求するing that 強姦 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s are no longer heard by 独立した・無所属 陪審／陪審員団s, but by 明言する／公表する-任命するd assessors (probably all women). They may 井戸／弁護士席 get their way.?

And if they do, how long will 陪審／陪審員団s last in other 事例／患者s? The politicisation of 司法（官） is a 脅し to us all, and we won’t realise it until it 影響する／感情s us 本人自身で.?
