A workaholic 外科医 with bipolar disorder 解雇（する）d from seven hospitals for his angry 爆発s can return to practice after 首尾よく 控訴，上告ing his 中断.

The doctor, whose 指名する has been 抑えるd, was 傾向がある to angry 爆発s, and would yell repeated obscenities at himself, breathe 深く，強烈に and bang the 器具 trolley during 操作／手術s, 脅すing other staff,?によれば a 決定／判定勝ち（する） published by the Victorian Civil and 行政の 法廷 (VCAT).

By December 2017 he was 苦しむing from suicidal thoughts, 苦しむd a hypomanic episode and was then 診断するd with bipolar disorder.

However, after making a 自殺 脅し in December 2017 he had to be 抑制するd by police and taken to hospital.?

He was? 認める to hospital under an involuntary 治療 order, but after three weeks in a 治療 施設 he returned to work in 地域の areas and began 地位，任命するing abusive messages online.?

The board stripped his licence in August last year to 保護する public safety, 説 if he continued to practise as a 外科医 he would 提起する／ポーズをとる a 'serious 危険' to 患者s.

The strict 条件s placed on the 外科医 含む that he is not 許すd to work more than 30 hours a week.

To make sure he does not work too much, he has to 供給する an itemised 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） to the 医療の Board every six weeks 詳細（に述べる）ing all the hours he has worked, 含むing any hours at home where he carried out any 義務s to do with his 職業.
