Harley 非難するd the 会計の 緊張する on the 海軍 not fully 基金ing new 使節団s the college has taken on in an interview last month. And he said the emails 単に 反映するd his lighthearted leadership style.

A small group of longtime college 従業員s とじ込み／提出するd an 匿名の／不明の （民事の）告訴 in April 2018 with the 海軍's office of the 視察官 general.?

The group members said they '持つ／拘留する no ill-will' toward Harley but that 'his destructive and ethically challenged leadership style is destroying the college,' によれば the （民事の）告訴 株d by two of the 労働者s.

They, along with two other 現在の 従業員s and one former 労働者, spoke about their 関心s with Harley on 条件 of anonymity because they 恐れるd professional 報復.

Harley has also sent campus wide emails 招待するing people to his office for a game of Twister, in which players contort around one another on a mat, or for '解放する／自由な 抱擁するs (if 願望（する）d)'.

労働者s called his often-rambling emails unbecoming of an 海軍大将 and said they left people wondering how Harley was spending his time and school 資源s.

In last month's interview, Harley called himself quirky and said he tries to use humor to break the 緊張 in what can be a high-圧力 環境. As a leader, he said, he will 抱擁する 支援する 適切な. He said he does not 現実に own Twister.

'I do not believe there's anything in those emails that are derogatory, unethical, immoral or 違法な,' he said.
