A 15-インチ 境界 line 誘発するd a four-year wheelie 貯蔵所 spat which saw a Harley Street doctor and retired solicitor 告発する／非難する one another of?digging up flowerbeds.

Hugh Clement Sorrell, 76, was （疑いを）晴らすd of 悩ますing?former GP Dr Jayshree Pillaye, 72, after repeated run-ins?outside their homes in Pinner, northwest?London.

The pair, who had both lived on the street for more than 30 years, were embroiled in a furious 論争 which （機の）カム to blows between February and August last year.

But Mr Sorrell was （疑いを）晴らすd of いやがらせ at?Willesden 治安判事s' 法廷，裁判所 on Friday, after a 裁判官 支配するd he had 簡単に '保護するd his proprietary 権利s.'

The GP put her 貯蔵所s in 前線 of the shed in a way that 許すd her to open its door without moving them.

But Mr Sorrell （人命などを）奪う，主張するd this?encroached on his land, which he said ran 15-インチs to the left of his 木造の 貯蔵所 蓄える／店.

The pair did not 最初 have a problem when Dr Pillaye moved into the mock Tudor house in 1982, and Mr Sorrell followed in 1987.

Mr Sorrell?（人命などを）奪う，主張するs their 関係 first soured when the general practitioner lost a civil （人命などを）奪う，主張する against the other leaseholders in Pinner in 2013 and was ordered to 支払う／賃金 £450,000 法廷，裁判所 costs.

As a Tamil Hindu Dr Pillaye also placed a number of 宗教的な artefacts in the 論争d area - which she （人命などを）奪う，主張するd Mr Sorrell moved.

Mr Sorrell, who worked as a 所有物／資産／財産 and 賃貸し（する） specialist, was 設立する not 有罪の of 悩ますing Dr Pillaye by 乱用ing her between February 17 and August 20, last year.

Giving 証拠 behind a 審査する Dr Pillaye told the 裁判，公判: 'I was in 恐れる every time I stepped out to my 貯蔵所s. Mr Sorrell said things that were hurtful, fearful and 原因（となる）d me to panic.

'He said that I didn't own land to the 味方する of my kitchen, that I was squatting and trespassing and that I didn't own my part of the freehold.

'He said that I was a どろぼう and made me 疑問 whether I owned my flat. Mr. Sorrell is a solicitor and he said it so often I wondered what is the truth and what isn't and had to look at my own 行為s.'

Mr Sorrell told the 法廷，裁判所: 'I was annoyed that she was trespassing, 事実上 on a daily basis, not one 貯蔵所, but three and would shunt 地雷 aside.'

'He would say: 'You are unworthy, go and squat somewhere else. He would 言及する to my brain as: "Sawdust between your ears" and say: "How can you be a doctor if you can't read?"

'He also used the derogatory 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 'c****e' and called me a b**** a couple of times and called me a cow and made a moo sound.

'It is dehumanising, I despaired, I felt helpless, there as no civility.'?
