A retired couple could lose their £650,000 home after a 不一致 with a 隣人 over a privet hedge.

Grandparents Ron and Wendy Long were left 荒廃させるd after they discovered workmen chopping 負かす／撃墜する a hedge between their home and their 隣人's home in Dorset.?

The couple had been unable to 得る a 貸付金 to cover the costs 予定 to a 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 裁判／判断 (CCJ) hey incurred by not 支払う／賃金ing the costs on time.

Without the 基金s to 支払う／賃金 the costs, the couple were once again 召喚するd to 法廷，裁判所 and a 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 has now been placed on their three-bedroom 所有物／資産／財産.

Last month they were told Mrs Lambeth ーするつもりであるs to take them to 法廷，裁判所 for an order of 所有／入手 and sale of their home.

'I don't want to shame my 隣人s, but I want to make people aware of what can happen to you. We never thought this could happen to us. We never thought someone could take our home over a hedge.'

'All I want is some help to bring this to a の近くに. We don't want someone else to sell our home.

'We feel like we have been stepped all over and nobody has heard our 味方する of things.'

Ron and Wendy, a housewife, 購入（する）d their three-bed home in 2001.

He went inside, did some 研究 online and penned a letter to his 隣人, telling her they should have been 協議するd on the 盗品故買者 場所.

He said the new 盗品故買者 地位，任命するs were on his 所有物／資産／財産, but apologised for the letter, 保証するing his 隣人 'we hope we can 解決する this 友好的に'.

But in the coming weeks, the Longs woke up to find someone had 除去するd the 残り／休憩（する） of the 盗品故買者 while they were asleep.

The 所有物／資産／財産s are now separated by a 盗品故買者 にもかかわらず Ron having （人命などを）奪う，主張するd that he was happy to have kept the hedge tidy as he likes gardening

The Longs (above) tried to sort the 論争 outside of 法廷，裁判所 as they understood that 抱擁する 合法的な costs would 続いて起こる, which was also why they 代表するd themselves in the 事例／患者?

Mrs Lambeth (her 所有物／資産／財産 pictured above) 辞退するd to comment and has 恐らく stopped the Longs from 妨害するing the building of the 盗品故買者?

He sent her another letter 勧めるing her to 'sort this out in a civilised fashion'.

But after months of letters, the couple were 指名するd as the 被告s in a 郡 法廷，裁判所 '境界 論争' （人命などを）奪う，主張する.

Fearful and unable to afford a solicitor, they said they agreed in 法廷，裁判所 to the 盗品故買者, in May 2018.

Ron said they didn't want it to go as far as it had and 追加するd: 'But their solicitor just took over. Every time I tried to say anything I got told to sit 負かす／撃墜する. We just didn't have a chance.

'I said 'put your 境界 wherever you like'.'

They were astonished when the 裁判官 ordered all the claimants costs - £13,792.65 - were to be covered by them.

'They 雇うd a solicitor and they 雇うd an 専門家, but in this very 簡潔な／要約する 審理，公聴会 it's ordered that we have to 支払う／賃金 for it all,' he said.

'I could barely take it in. I didn't - and we still don't - know that it's all for.

The couple were unable to 支払う／賃金 in 十分な and the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 was transferred to their home in November last year.

The couple were already selling their home before the saga started, but took it off the market when the 論争 went to 法廷，裁判所.

With it 支援する on the market, they thought the ordeal was behind them.

'We thought we'd have to 支払う／賃金 支援する the money when we sold the house,' he said.

But on June 14 this year they received a 合法的な letter from their 隣人's solicitors.

They said they 港／避難所't been able to get help from the 国民s Advice Bureau and solicitors have been 気が進まない to take on the 事例／患者.

Ron said that the house serves as his 年金 and that he managed to 持つ／拘留する の上に the 所有物／資産／財産 にもかかわらず rising costs and 利益／興味 率s.

'For someone to take 所有／入手 of it, it's 破滅的な.

'I've pleaded for more time. It's one thing putting your house on the market, but it's another finding a 買い手. I just want our lives 支援する. We're under a hell of a lot of 圧力.

'I keep 説 to everyone this is about a garden 盗品故買者. We gave in. We 手配中の，お尋ね者 to keep it 友好的な. We 手配中の，お尋ね者 it to end but it still continued.

'I don't want anyone to go through what we did. We want help, but just can't find it.'

Wendy 追加するd: 'We're exhausted. I think about it every day. I wake up every day and I feel sick - I think it's the 強調する／ストレス.

'We thought this would be a nice place to retire and relax. But it just hasn't been anything like that.'
