A man has used a four-month-old baby as a human 保護物，者 during a meth-fuelled 引き分け with police.

Hemi Taylor, 25, was 予定 to 配達する a large 量 of methamphetamine from the northern island city of Napier in New Zealand to Gisborne for the Mongrel 暴徒 street ギャング（団）.?
