He told a 法廷，裁判所 how he was 事実上の／代理 on the orders of the HMP Wakefield's '最高の，を越す boy' in a 陰謀（を企てる） to だまし取る money from his fans who continue to 令状 to him behind 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s.

Watkins is （刑事）被告 of 所有するing a 動きやすい phone between March 4 and 10 last year.

The 42-year-old 否定するs the offence, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing he was 軍隊d to have the 動きやすい by other 犯罪のs in the 刑務所，拘置所.

Watkins gave 証拠 at 物陰／風下d 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 today on the third day of the 裁判，公判.

He told the 法廷，裁判所: 'I was in my 独房 and two guys （機の）カム. They were known 殺害者s.'

The 被告 said the phone was thrown の上に his bed and he was told he had to look after it.

He continued: 'I didn't want to mess with them.'

Watkins 辞退するd to 指名する the men when asked by his barrister, Gareth Burrows, if he would like to identify them.

Mr Burrows asked: 'Why is that?'

Watkins replied: 'I like my 長，率いる on my 団体／死体. Sorry to be glib... 恐れる of 報復s.'

Watkins also 述べるd how he 恐れるd he would be killed if he did not look after the phone.

Watkins said the men were referring to his fans and the people who wrote to him in 刑務所，拘置所.

He said the men returned to his 独房 a number times over the next few days and ordered him to get in touch with people on the phone.

Watkins said the phone was いつかs taken away from him.

Watkins is accused of possessing a mobile phone between March 4 and 10 last year. The 42-year-old denies the offence, claiming he was forced to have the mobile by other criminals in the prison. He said: 'The 脅しs were constant. If I did not sort them out then I was no use to them.

'I knew who the phone belonged to because he was running three phones on the wing.

'Renting them out, using them himself.'

Mr Burrows asked Watkins: 'What sort of 囚人 was he?'

He replied: 'A serious guy - connected. Not a foot 兵士. Not a 中尉／大尉／警部補. A 最高の，を越す boy. I'm trying not to say too much.'

The barrister then asked: 'Why is that?'

Watkins continued: 'He's from a proper 犯罪の family. If I say too much people will know who I am talking about.

'He is not someone who gets his 手渡すs dirty. For a long time, 以前 and after this, there were rumours this guy had members of staff running stuff for him.'

'It's not like one-on-one. Stuff like that, you don't see it coming.'

Earlier in the day, Watkins was asked to 述べる the 囚人s he 株d a wing with at the 最大限 安全 刑務所，拘置所.

He said: '殺害者s, 集まり 殺人s, serial 殺し屋s, rapists, paedophiles. The worst of the worst.'

Watkins said the 条件s of the 刑務所，拘置所's D Wing felt '外国人' to him and he was on 医薬 for 苦悩 and 不景気.

He said: 'Compared to the 刑務所，拘置所 全住民, I'm not 匿名の／不明の. I guess most people, when they go to 刑務所，拘置所, they can blend in.

'But everyone has an opinion on me, which is fair enough, and I have to を取り引きする that every day.'

Watkins wore a denim jacket with a white collar and ジーンズs and had his hair tied up as he gave 証拠.
