Two French tourists who were ripped off by their 麻薬 売買業者 誘惑するd the teen to a park under 誤った pretenses so they could bash him before 試みる／企てるing to 誘拐する him.

Antoine Therle and Lisa Peronnet, both 30, were 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d in a New Zealand 法廷，裁判所 this week for their 関与 in 強襲，強姦ing 18-year-old Tobias Waring.

Dunedin 地区 法廷，裁判所 heard the two had 接触するd the teen for cannabis 経由で a Facebook page he ran which 申し込む／申し出d the 麻薬s to French travellers.

The couple, who live in Wanaka, agreed to 支払う／賃金 $400 but never received the 麻薬s from Waring, The New Zealand 先触れ（する） 報告（する）／憶測d.???

After coming across a second profile for the teen, they orchestrated another 取引，協定, with 意図 to get 復讐.

The couple plotted their attack by getting Waring to 会合，会う Therle at a park in North Dunedin while Peronnet waited in a 先頭.

Therle then approached the teen, put him in a headlock, before punching him in the 長，率いる twice.

Therle tried to drag him over to their 先頭 but Waring was able to escape by biting his finger and 持つ／拘留するing his groin.

Therle pleaded 有罪の to 試みる／企てるd kidnapping and 強襲，強姦 with 意図 to 負傷させる and was 宣告，判決d to seven months of home 拘留，拘置.

Peronnet pleaded 有罪の to 強襲，強姦 and was given 100 hours of community work.

裁判官 Michael Crosbie called the 出来事/事件 'unusual and 極端に violent'.

'While there was premeditation, what occurred was not what the two of you ーするつもりであるd...something snapped, and you Mr Therle lost the 陰謀（を企てる）,'?he said.?

Therle 認める he planned to take the teen to an ATM to get his money 支援する.?

Peronnet, who was 述べるd by her lawyer as a 'good person,'?said she was 'profoundly sorry.'??
